* Feasibility, valuation, budget review and operational assessment studies on hotel real estate investment projects (single asset and portfolio) in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and Africa (Egypt, Morocco) * Working on two of the largest mixed-use real estate development projects including hospitality, residential, retail and commercial use

* Drove new business development and marketing strategy initiatives with focus on strategic partnership development for a concierge and lifestyle services company, a global brand for loyalty, concierge, assistance and insurance solutions, providing customised services * Business development/sales, consulting and account management across enterprise customers

* Planning, coordination and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives with focus on the buy-side product suite solution and value proposition for enterprise financial and professional services institutions * Account management and business development covering enterprise financial and professional services institutions with focus on the Middle East and South Africa regions

* Feasibility and valuation studies on hotel/real estate investment projects (single asset, portfolio) in Europe * Business strategy, marketing mix planning and service operations

* New hotel opening marketing plan elaboration and execution * Corporate accounts portfolio (~200 accounts in banking, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and embassies) for rooms and catering business through marketing & sales strategy and execution, public relations and relationship management ($2m budget revenue) * Planning, execution and promotion of new hotel events with press coverage (up to 500 people)

* Various managerial roles at department head level (Room Service, Lounge and Fine Dining Restaurant) • Led a team of 35 employees to provide high quality dining service and experience (annual revenue: $2.3m) • Drove business turnaround by improving operational processes, costs and service culture standards * Nominated “Outstanding Manager of the Year 2000” by the American Hotel Association

* Set up a full luxury service operation (F&B room service) covering logistics, policies/procedures and delivery standards as part of a new hotel opening project * Established an international team of 20 people through hiring and service staff training
