I am a communications professional, having started my career through the European Parliament’s Robert Schuman Traineeship Program at the Digital Communications Unit, switched towards HR, and and for the past five years working in communications, currently as a communications officer at Central European University in Vienna, Austria. I have strong leadership experience managing teams and projects at a global scale. The exposure to different cultures and work environments together with the constant changes, helped me to develop high levels of adaptability and intercultural understanding. Considered to be a quick thinker and a proactive problem solver, I am able to get the overall picture in a glance. I am also a dedicated advocate of diversity and inclusion and work as a trainer on unconscious bias. I am obsessed about quality, diversity, and projects finished on time with tangible results.

My main tasks as a Recruitment Lead are the following: -Managing end to end recruitment activities within Syngenta's EAME Finance Centre of Excellence; -People, Performance and Client Management; -Managing relationship with recruitment agencies; -Leading daily and weekly meetings with HR, the Hiring Managers and the Recruitment Team; -Leading Recruitment Strategy Meetings; -Talent Management up until HRA handoff; -Daily and weekly reporting.
Key activities: -Performance and people management -Coordinate and motivate a group of Sourcing Recruiters, monitor their performance, set targets -Manage all open positions within the team, allocate resources to new positions -Support team members with the right sourcing strategy -Manage all HR related daily activities within the team
-Execution of the entire sourcing process: vacancy intakes, creation of job qualification forms and KO criterias, identification of both active and passive candidates through strategic sourcing (Boolean search, networking e-sourcing, etc.) and the creation of a Master Sourcing Plan; -Engaging, screening and profiling potential candidates; -Weekly reporting to recruiters and the delivery manager about the vacancies; -Mentoring and assisting newcomers.
