Completing the hiring formalities of the new employees. Maintaining the database of leaves taken by 350 employees. Carrying out the monthly deductions of the employees who have taken salary advance, mess facilities and electricity bills. Complete the leaving action of the employees who have resigned from the company. Preparing the extra duty work hours of the employees and updating the same in their monthly salary. Cross checking and availing the grace arrears of the employees.
