After finishing my contracted job(5 years) in Hamburg branch office, I came back to our Head office(S. Korea) on March 2017. -. Handling claims for 4-stroke engines and 2-stroke engines. -. Giving troubleshooting guidance for claims to Customers. -. Purchasing spare parts and supplying to the Customers. -. Monitoring engine data and giving feedback to the Customers. -. Arranging service for claims in all around the world. -. Arranging meeting with Customers for claim issues.

I’d been dispatched to Hamburg, Germany as a representative of our C/S team. -. Checking status of guarantee claims of 4-stroke engines and 2-stroke engines by attending vessels in Europe. -. Investigation and troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical problems. -. Arranging repair/overhaul jobs with local service companies. -. Arranging meetings with European Customers. -. Managing operation of C/S branch office in Hamburg. -. I’ve promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager(Jun. 2016).

: Inspection for assembly & shop test of Main Engine(2-stroke diesel engine). -. Taking action for customer’s comment by coordinating our design team, manufacturing team and sub-vendors. -. Investigation of non-conformity in our assembly & commissioning. -. Executing certification process for Main Engine complying with Class society rules.
